Lithuania's Labour Exchange acknowledged company Baltic Fish Export, which belongs to Viciunai Group, as the company that created the largest number of targeted jobs in Lithuania, informs LETA/ELTA.
In cooperation with Lithuania's Labour Exchange, Viciunai Group employed over 698 employees in the companies of the group.
"We seek to integrate socially vulnerable groups into the labour market: jobless and disabled people. We seek to employ people, who encounter difficulties in finding jobs and we pay special attention to improvement of their skills. Our aim is that unemployed people would not plan to go abroad but would turn to companies of Lithuanian capital," said Visvaldas Matijosaitis, Chair of the Board of Viciunai Group.
The largest number of persons, registered in the Labour Exchange, was employed in Viciunai Group companies operating in Kaunas and Plunge.
